Shipping times vary depending on how prompt the seller sends the item to us to be authenticated. Most orders are shipped within in 6-14 business days.
This allows time for us to receive the item from the seller, confirm the authenticity and condition, and then prepare shipment to you.
If the item you purchased does not pass authentication, we will promptly issue store credit.

Do you accept returns & exchanges?

Can I cancel my order?
After the consigner is notified to ship your item(s) we can no longer cancel or alter the order. If there is an issue with your purchase please contact us immediately after checkout & we will do everything in our power to resolve the issue.
I wanted my order but it was refunded, whats up?
We have very strict guidelines regarding authenticity & condition. If your item was refunded this was due to the item not meeting our condition standards. In this situation we refund your order in-store credit. If you cannot find another option, please contact us for a refund in the original payment form.
